First of all, we wish you success in Spring Semester of 2018-2019 Academic Year.
The course registration will be made between 03-08 February 2019 for 2018-2019 Spring Semester . In order to prevent the problems that may occur during the registration process, the documents of YTÜ COURSE REGISTRATION AND SELECTION PROCESS, EEF Course Registration Issues and Registration Schedule documents should be examined carefully. It should be contacted via the e-mail address ytuelmblm@gmail.com if you have questions for unexplained situations and quotas of courses.
If there are course conflicts (except for the conditions stated in these documents), the students, who are covered by the conditions for evaluating their requests to take courses from other departments, are determined as follows:
a) Pre-2010 students (as per the Senate decision dated 26.01.2012)
b) Students with double major program
c) Students who may graduate in the spring of 2018-2019
d) The requests in same education program such as course change, group change (taking an occupational course in a different group from the designated group, taking another course instead of the chosen course in an elective pool, etc.) are absolutely not acceptable.
Students who may be in this situation may apply to our department on February 11-13, 2019 with their petitions which detail their course schedules and transcripts.
