The deadline for submitting the Final Project is Monday, June 15, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. All submissions must be made by the specified date and time. Submissions will not be accepted after the specified date.
Please follow the steps below to submit your Thesis.
1. Theses must be uploaded to the system in PDF and Word formats, and the Thesis Submission Form must be uploaded in PDF format via the link provided below.

2. File names must be as follows:
Thesis .pdf and Word file name: Student Number_Thesis Title
Submission Form .pdf file name: Student Number_Submission Form
3. The “Advisor” section of the Thesis Submission Form must include the name and signature of the faculty advisor under whom the thesis was completed.
4. Theses must also be submitted via email to the relevant faculty member and to the committees to whom the thesis will be presented.
5. For group Final Projects, each student must upload both the Final Project and the Final Project Submission Form.
NOTES:
1. Thesis presentations will take place on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. You may contact the faculty member supervising your thesis for information regarding your presentation time.
2. No documents related to the Final Project submission will be submitted to the Department. All documents will be uploaded to the system.
