Regarding the Turkcell Visit
Our esteemed alumnus, Nejat Özol, who serves as the Manager in Charge of Data Centers at Turkcell, met with our third-year students to discuss part-time job opportunities at data centers that will begin soon. We would like to thank the Turkcell management team and Mr. Nejat for making this valuable collaboration possible.
Regarding the Visit to KOZTEK
Mr. Kerem Özdemir, General Manager of KOZTEK—one of the leading domestic companies operating in the field of electrical power systems—and his team, which included both former and current students, visited our department. We aim to implement the outcomes of this productive meeting—which focused on both industry collaborations and job opportunities for our students—as soon as possible. Regarding the Global SIMARIS Design Competition
Mr. Batuhan Uzaslan, Technical Business Development Manager at Siemens Turkey, met with our students on December 15, 2025, to provide information about the Global SIMARIS Design Competition held worldwide and to introduce opportunities for them to showcase their talents on an international level and engage with Siemens’ global technical community. Additionally, as part of the event, the scope of the Technical Sales and Business Development division, career opportunities, and internship and part-time work opportunities available to students were presented in detail.
Regarding the EAE Electrical Busbar Power Distribution Systems Seminar
On Friday, December 5, the esteemed executives of EAE Elektrik held a seminar for our students on Busbar Power Distribution Systems. We would like to express our gratitude to EAE Elektrik for the information they shared and their valuable contributions.
Visit to Entes
A visit was conducted to discuss potential collaborations between our department and Entes and to exchange ideas on various topics. In this context, we would like to thank General Manager Levent Fadiloglu, Marketing and Brand Manager Semih Karaca, and Marketing Manager Meltem İşgör for their valuable ideas and suggestions, as well as for their hospitality.
Regarding the Internal Stakeholder Meeting
On Thursday, December 28, 2023, we held an internal stakeholder meeting with our 3rd- and 4th-year students as part of the MÜDEK program. We would like to thank them for their participation.
